Candy & Food Items
Due to health and safety regulations, all candy, snacks, and edible products are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any food items.
Toys & Plush Items
Toys and plush items are eligible for exchange only if defective.
To qualify for an exchange:

Request must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide an exchange for the same item (if available) or a similar item of equal value.
Non-Defective Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for toys or plush items that are not defective.
